Manti is a traditional favorite of Uzbek cuisine. It is made of lamb meat, with onions added, and wrapped in a thin layer of dough. We serve it with house-made sour cream. It is one of the healthier foods you can eat, because it is steam cooked. It does look like Chinese dumplings and we don’t know if it was originated in China or Uzbekistan first :).
